The IWG board is ecstatic to announce to you the details of our annual IWG Christmas party, coming to you on Saturday November 18th!
This year it will be located at Kulturforum Logenhaus in the heart of Erlangen. There will be live music, entertainment, a delicious buffet dinner, and a DJ. A welcome drink is inclusive of your ticket purchase. The doors will open at 18:45 and dinner will begin at 19:30. The cost is 28 Euros for IWG members and 35 Euros for non-members. Please note that this is a ladies-only event! So, put on your dancing shoes and your party dresses for a fun-filled evening of dancing, laughter, and early Holiday cheer! We ask that you please RSVP on the IWG website so that we can get a head count for food/refreshments. Please make sure that you and your guests RSVP by Wednesday, November 15, 2017. We cannot wait to see you there!
In addition, we'd like to inform you about the charity project "Sternchen für Engelchen" that we'll be supporting at the holiday party! Their charity hosts a Christmas market for children who are living below the poverty in the Nuremberg area. At the market, the children receive wrapped presents and can indulge in some holiday cheer! For the donations, we ask that you bring either a wrapped toy (new or good second hand condition) or a cash donation to the Christmas party. Please note: If you bring a wrapped present, please include a small card that notes the age group and gender that the gift is intended for! The charity will be giving a short presentation at the party so we can all see and hear about what they do first hand! You can find more information about the project on the link at the bottom of the event.

The Kulturforum is located on the left side of the AOK building at:
Universitätsstraße 25, 91054 Erlangen
It is accessible both by car and public transportation!
There are approximately 20 parking places in the back of the Kulturforum, street parking, and parking behind the Erlangen Hbf (just a 10 minute walk away). Please see the Facebook event page for carpooling possibilities or contact one of our board members for more information.
When coming by train, you should exit at Erlangen Hbf and follow Universitätsstraße down the road for about 10 minutes. Kulturforum Logenhaus will be on your left side. If you are coming by bus, the closest bus stops are Krankenhausstraße and Lorlebergplatz.
