Do you know this feeling: "Heimweh"? It is a perfect German expression for this little hole in your heart: you just cannot find your people, feel lonely and wonder why you did this and are dreaming of your home, wherever that is. Whether you have just moved to Germany or you are already here for few months/years, the place still just doesn't feel like home... 

Luckily, we have all been there and understand it. 

IWG is there for all international women since 1995. We extend warm welcome to the ladies looking for frienship, support, cultural exchange and activities encompassing the very best of what Germany has to offer. Run by members for over 20 years, we are an international club of English-speaking women who are spirited, well-travelled, and from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. IWG is since 2000 officially registered as a non profit organisation and each IWG has its own board, consititing of seven members. As such, IWG asks for a symbolic fee of 20 euros as a support from its members and in returns offers lifelong friends, partners and memories.
