Catherine is committed to making a difference for women in the workplace. As CEO of re.invent women, she supports women with their career through individual coaching, business skills training and networking events. As the founder of the global Women’s Network at adidas, she has established mentoring and career development programs for +1200 members worldwide. In addition to coaching women in leadership, Catherine has experience coaching teams as a change management consultant. Her formal education includes an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and she has earned her coaching credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Originally from the USA, Catherine now lives a happy expat life in Herzogenaurach with her husband & three children.
