We will be doing some EMDR and strengthening our inner resources.

Dorothy Boerste is a licensed psychologist for more than 20 years. Her work focuses on transforming negative emotions to experience life more fully. Traumatic events and abusive situations add extra challenges in resolving emotional pain.
